About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer / Draftsman with proficiency
in AutoCAD and SolidWorks to support our engineering and product development team.
The ideal candidate will produce accurate technical drawings, 2D/3D designs, and collaborate
closely with engineers to ensure designs meet functional and manufacturing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify technical drawings, plans, and models using AutoCAD and
SolidWorks.
- Interpret technical specifications, sketches, and engineering requirements to create
detailed and accurate drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure designs meet project
needs.
- Update and revise drawings based on design changes, approvals, and feedback.
- Maintain organized drawing files, documentation, and version control.
- Ensure all drawings comply with internal standards and industry practices.
- Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOMs) or basic fabrication details where
applicable. (industry standard)
- Support manufacturing, production, and quality teams with drawing clarifications.

Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drafting/design using AutoCAD and
SolidWorks.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting).
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling & drafting). (industry standard)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and requirements.
Other Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
- Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹10,013.76 - ₹25,000.00 per month
