We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven candidates to connect with prospective students, provide career guidance, and drive admissions for training programs.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Make outbound calls and explain courses and career opportunities.
* Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records.
* Convert inquiries into admissions.
* Achieve calling and conversion targets.
*Requirements*
* Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
* 6 months to 8 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Academic Counselling.
* Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.
*Salary & Schedule*
* ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives.
* Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
* Sunday fixed off.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
