Position: IT Recruiter
Location: Noida
Experience: 3–5Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and functional positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for SAP, ERP, Cloud, or other technology roles is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,235.29 per month
