We're Hiring: Travel Consultant
(Immediate Joiners Preferred)
If you have minimum 1 year experience in understanding people's travel needs, creating personalized travel experiences, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you.
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | 6 Days a Week
Experience: Minimum 1 Year- In Travel Industry (1 to 3 Years Preferred)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Plan personalized travel itineraries based on customer needs.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up to convert bookings.
- Deliver a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the operations team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Keep customer records updated and ensure timely communication.
- Provide prompt support before, during, and after the trip to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Stay updated with travel destinations, policies, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in the travel industry.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
