Job Description: Factory HR Executive / Officer
Department: Human Resources (Factory Operations)
Location: Factory / Plant Site
Reporting To: Factory Head / HR Manager
Role Overview:
The Factory HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the plant level, ensuring smooth workforce administration, employee engagement, compliance adherence, and coordination between management and shop-floor employees. The role requires strong people management skills, discipline in execution, and hands-on experience in handling factory workforce dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end factory HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and manpower tracking.
- Handle onboarding and induction of factory workers, contractors, and staff.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Coordinate with production supervisors and department heads for manpower planning and shift management.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline issues, and conflict resolution at shop-floor level.
- Support in performance monitoring, attendance discipline, and productivity tracking.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment in the factory.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and manpower agencies for workforce deployment.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance checks related to HR and statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper communication of HR policies and maintain discipline across workforce levels.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of factory HR operations and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (especially shop-floor handling)
- Ability to manage workforce discipline and operational challenges
- High level of ownership and problem-solving ability
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail in compliance and documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in factory HR / plant HR preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment will be an advantage

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jodhpur, Rajasthan (Jodhpur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
