A Blinkit Picker/Packer is an in-store warehouse role. You do not deliver orders. Responsibilities include reading digital order lists on a company device, rapidly locating and picking grocery items from store racks, checking product quality, packing them securely for dispatch, and helping maintain inventory and store organization
- Order Processing: Use a company-provided smartphone/scanner to locate and pick products accurately from inventory racks based on customer orders.
- Packaging & Quality Control: Pack items safely and securely for the delivery partner. Check for damaged/expired goods before packing.
- Inventory Management: Unload stock trucks, organize store shelves, and assist with regular stock-takes.
- Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the dark store.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
