Role Overview
We are looking for a warm, dynamic, and highly organised Admission Coordinator who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and play a key role in shaping their experience with our school.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online queries)
- Conduct school tours and effectively present the school’s philosophy and offerings
- Build strong relationships with prospective parents and guide them through the admission process
- Maintain accurate admission records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate entrance assessments, interactions, and documentation
- Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students
- Plan and support admission events, open houses, and school promotions
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Education / Administration / Marketing preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, front office, or customer relations (school experience is an added advantage)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Well-organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Passion for working in an educational environment
