## Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive *Site Project Engineer* with experience in *STP, ETP, WTP, and RO projects* to manage site execution, vendor coordination, installation, commissioning, and customer communication. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day site activities while ensuring project completion within the planned schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.
## Key Responsibilities
* Execute STP, ETP, WTP, and RO projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
* Study and interpret *P&IDs, GA drawings, piping layouts, structural drawings, electrical drawings, and equipment layouts*, and execute the work accordingly.
* Supervise mechanical, electrical, piping, instrumentation, and civil activities at site.
* *Manage and coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and site manpower* to ensure timely completion of activities.
* Coordinate procurement requirements with the Purchase Department and monitor material availability at site.
* *Work closely with the Project Manager*, providing daily updates, identifying execution challenges, and ensuring timely closure of action items.
* Monitor project progress against milestones and proactively resolve site issues to avoid delays.
* Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, and internal departments for smooth execution.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved drawings, and customer specifications.
* Coordinate equipment installation, testing, trial runs, and commissioning activities.
* Maintain site documentation including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material reconciliation, inspection records, measurement sheets, work permits, and project handover documents.
* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the *Customer, Project Manager, and Management*.
* Verify executed quantities and support project billing and documentation.
* Ensure timely completion of punch points, snag items, and final project handover.
## Eligibility
* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
* Minimum *2–5 years of experience* in execution of STP, ETP, WTP, or RO projects.
* Good understanding of treatment plant equipment, piping systems, pumps, blowers, valves, electrical panels, and instrumentation.
* Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and practical site execution.
* Excellent vendor management, site coordination, and project documentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
* Willingness to travel and work at project sites as per project requirements.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of treatment plants.
* Knowledge of PLC/SCADA and instrumentation will be an added advantage.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer coordination skills.
