KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, CCTV , EPBX landline , and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, software, and connectivity problems.
- Assist in managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain office networks, internet connectivity, and data backups.
- Install software updates, security patches, and antivirus programs.
- Maintain records of IT assets, equipment, and service requests.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and technical services when required.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
- Assist in setting up IT equipment for meetings, presentations, and new employees.
Preferred Qualification:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration (preferred).
- Knowledge of networking, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and printer management will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
