Job Description: Clogic Softtech is seeking HR Assistants (AI Tools Expertise) to support modern Human Resources and recruitment operations by leveraging AI-powered tools for talent acquisition, workforce management, and HR administration. The role is designed for candidates who are eager to combine HR fundamentals with AI-driven productivity and automation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate from a recognized university
- Freshers only (maximum 6 months of experience)
- Basic understanding of Human Resources and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms is preferred
- Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills
- Strong willingness to learn emerging AI technologies in HR
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Utilize AI tools to assist in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and talent identification
- Support interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment coordination
- Generate AI-assisted job descriptions, interview questionnaires, and HR documentation
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases with accuracy
- Support attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administrative activities
- Analyze recruitment data and prepare HR reports using AI-assisted productivity tools
- Assist in automating routine HR workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, confidentiality, and professional standards
- Continuously explore and adopt AI best practices to enhance HR processes and candidate experience
