Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding VIBES services and treatments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clinic visits.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth appointment management.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi must and Telugu any other regional (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
