Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end plant operations for PCBA Assembly (SMT, THT & Box Build).
- Drive production planning, productivity, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
- Manage Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Production Planning teams.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, ESD, and IPC standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including OEE, Yield, On-Time Delivery, and Cost Reduction.
- Develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with customers and senior management to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Profile
✔ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
✔ 15–20+ years of experience in EMS/PCBA manufacturing.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Head, Operations Head, or Factory Head.
✔ Strong expertise in SMT lines, NPI, Process Engineering, Quality Systems, and Supply Chain.
✔ Proven leadership in managing large manufacturing teams and driving operational excellence.
