We are seeking an experienced Student Counsellor with 3–4 years of experience in educational counseling, admissions, or student recruitment. The candidate will guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses, provide career counseling, and support the admission process while achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and educational opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM or admission management systems.
- Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, webinars, and career guidance programs.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Prepare counseling and admission reports for management.
Required Skills

- Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, education sales, or career guidance.
