We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Meta Ads Expert to manage
and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign
strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, pixel tracking, lead generation, e-commerce
sales campaigns, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram.
Set up campaigns for different objectives such as leads, sales, traffic, engagement,
awareness, and conversions.
Create proper campaign structures including campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences,
placements, and budgets.
Manage daily campaign monitoring and optimization to improve results.
Work on audience research, interest targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and
retargeting campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance based on key metrics like CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA,
ROAS, purchases, leads, and conversions.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, hooks, headlines, and ad copy.
Suggest new ad angles, offers, creatives, and testing ideas to improve performance.
Set up and check Meta Pixel, conversion events, custom conversions, and tracking
requirements.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
Optimize campaigns based on data, budget, audience behavior, and creative performance.
Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, platform changes, and advertising trends.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Experience in running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, budgets, and placements.
Knowledge of lead generation and e-commerce conversion campaigns.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
Good understanding of Meta Pixel, events, and conversion tracking.
Strong ad copy, creative direction, and testing knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and clients.
Basic knowledge of landing pages, funnels, and conversion rate improvement.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Experience
2 to 3 years of experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Paid Social Media Marketing.
Agency experience will be a strong advantage.
Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, real estate, local businesses, service
businesses, or coaching/course campaigns is preferred.
Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, WordPress, Canva, ChatGPT, Google Tag
Manager, or reporting tools will be an added advantage.
