1. E-commerce Operations & Catalog Executive (Updated)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage product catalog, inventory updates, and order flow while coordinating with internal teams and external tech agencies to ensure smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain real-time stock updates across 100+ stores on website/app
Ensure sync between physical store inventory and online portal
Coordinate with store teams to resolve stock discrepancies
Product Catalog Management
Upload and manage product listings including:
Titles, descriptions, specifications, images
Pricing and variants
Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and optimized
Order Flow & Store Coordination
Monitor complete order lifecycle:
Order → Store acceptance → Packing → Dispatch → Delivery
Ensure timely processing at store level
Coordinate with store teams to avoid delays or errors
Coordination with Tech Agency
Work closely with website/app development agency for:
Product upload issues
Bug fixes
Feature updates
Test new features and report issues
Ensure platform is always functioning smoothly
Tools & Platform Handling
Work on and coordinate usage of:
AWS (for backend coordination/basic understanding)
MongoDB (for data handling coordination)
Vercel (for deployment coordination)
Surepass (for verification/KYC workflows if applicable)
Report any technical issues to relevant teams/agencies
Issue Resolution
Resolve operational issues like:
Order delays
Wrong product dispatch
Inventory mismatch
Reporting
Track daily:
Orders processed
Stock accuracy
Listing errors
Ideal Candidate
1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations
Comfortable working with tech teams/agencies
Basic understanding of web platforms and databases
Strong attention to detail

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per month
