Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Person to join our team and manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can maintain a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Drafting and posting compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:
- Managing joining formalities, document collection, and background verification.
- Conducting orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture and policies.
- Handling exit formalities, including offboarding, clearance, and conducting exit interviews.
- HR Operations & Payroll:
- Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Coordinating payroll inputs, tracking attendance, and managing leave records.
- Administering employee benefits like health insurance, PF, and ESIC.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Organizing team-building activities, wellness programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Mediating workplace conflicts to foster a harmonious work environment.
- Compliance & Performance Support:
- Ensuring all HR practices comply with local and national labor legislation.
- Assisting in the annual performance appraisal process and maintaining feedback records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 1–3 years of experience in an HR role like HR Assistant or Coordinator.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Job Portals and MS Office tools for reporting.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with employment contracts, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities

Pay: ₹17,585.13 - ₹60,293.41 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
