Qualification & Experience
MUST - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy and MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management
6-8 years of experience in business development within healthcare, pharma, or patient support programs.
Experience in PSP/Patient Assistance program acquisition and management
Exposure to screening programs, POC devices, nursing, or physiotherapy services
Prior experience working with pharma clients and healthcare providers
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across PSP, PAP, screening programs, and allied healthcare services.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities from pharma companies, hospitals, diagnostics companies, and healthcare partners.
Achieve defined revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharma companies and healthcare institutions
Understand client requirements and design customized program solutions aligned with their objectives.
Lead client presentations, pitch meetings, and commercial discussions.
Ensure seamless handover to operations post project closure.
Conceptualize and design end-to-end solutions for Patient Support Programs (PSP), Patient Assistance Programs (PAP), Screening programs using POC devices, Nursing and physiotherapy services, Device demonstration.
Prepare detailed proposals, scope of work (SOW), and commercials in coordination with cross functional teams.
Ensure proposals are competitive, compliant, and aligned with client expectations.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings.
Track industry developments in healthcare delivery, patient engagement, and digital health solutions.
Ensure timely closure of contracts and onboarding of new clients.
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
