Workshop Manager – Honda 2-Wheeler
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop staff.
- Achieve monthly labour, parts, service and revenue targets.
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency and repair quality.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and minimize repeat repairs.
- Coordinate with Parts/Stores and Warranty departments.
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness and safety standards.
- Prepare and monitor daily/monthly workshop performance reports.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in 2-wheeler automobile service, good technical knowledge, leadership skills, customer-handling ability and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
