Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring smooth travel experiences, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their travel
- Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with bookings, itineraries, and travel-related information
- Coordinate with operations, sales teams, and vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements
- Address and resolve client complaints or issues efficiently
- Collect client feedback to improve overall service quality
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience at all stages
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience as a Guest Relations Executive in a holiday/travel company
- Degree in any discipline; Travel & Tourism qualification preferred
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
