Role and Responsibility:
Supervise and lead all the operations of the internal team, developers, employees, and customer support end.
Evaluate and keep track of the key responsibilities of everyone working closely in the Builderfly team.
Recruit and train company employees wherever improvement is required.
Make sure that the resources hired are sufficient to attain the set milestones and work is equally distributed among all the resources.
Assess the overall performance of the company & closely work with the sales team and marketing manager to decide on the quarterly and yearly budget delegated for different goals.

Experience: 3+ years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Timing: 9.30 am – 7.30 Pm.
CTC: As per industry standard.
