We are hiring an energetic HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience to join our growing team! If you have experience hiring for EdTech, IT, or Sales sectors and are passionate about connecting top talent with great opportunities, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Support offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
Requirements:
- 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in EdTech, IT, or Sales).
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS and basic HR tools.
