Role Description:
We are looking for a result-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive (Real Estate) to manage end-to-end sales activities at the site. The role involves handling walk-in customers, attending leads generated through telecalling and marketing channels, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into bookings. The candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets by ensuring effective follow-ups, strong customer handling, and coordination with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (site sales preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of real estate sales process and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in basic computer operations (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and explain project details, pricing, and offers
- Conduct site visits and give effective project presentations
- Follow up on leads generated through telecalling, marketing, and references
- Convert leads into bookings and support the registration process
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and other departments for smooth deal closure
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion ratio of assigned leads
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management
- Stay updated with project details, inventory status, pricing, and offer
- Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
