We are looking for a highly reliable and execution-focused Executive Assistant to the Founder to manage daily priorities, ensure strong follow-ups, and support smooth coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and schedules
- Track delegated tasks and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Draft emails, maintain trackers, and organize documentation
- Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support
Requirements :-
- 3–6 years’ experience in an EA / Admin / Coordination role
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills (non-negotiable)
- Good command over English and MS Office (Excel & Word)
- High reliability, discretion, and ownership mindset
- Based within practical commuting distance and open to a long-term role
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
