- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find new buyers through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Deal Closure: Guide complex, high-stakes sales from the first pitch to the final contract.
- Account Management: Build deep, long-lasting relationships with top-tier clients to encourage repeat business.
- Team Leadership: Guide less experienced sales reps. Help them with pitches, product questions, and career growth.
- Market Analysis: Research competitor pricing and market trends to adjust sales strategies
- Experience: 3 to 6+ years of proven B2B (Business-to-Business) or high-ticket sales experience.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent public speaking, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads and revenue. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
