1. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Salesforce and other tech contract positions on a C2C basis..
2. Source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and internal databases..
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial technical & behavioral interviews..
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients..
5. Negotiate pay rates and ensure successful onboarding of consultants..
6. Maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and vendor companies..
7. Ensure compliance with C2C hiring processes and documentation..
8. Track recruitment activities using ATS or internal tracking tools..
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
