Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets within the paint industry. The role requires strong sales acumen, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the paint industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Provide technical and product expertise to customers and prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and business proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the paint, coatings, construction materials, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
