We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, business presentations, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Business Development) is an added advantage.
