Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status and payment follow-up.
- Follow up on pending and denied claims.
- Verify patient and insurance details.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and claim status.
- Communicate professionally with insurance representatives.
- Meet daily and monthly productivity targets.
- Coordinate with the internal billing team to resolve claim-related issues.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- 0–6 months of experience in AR Calling, Medical Billing, BPO, or Voice Process is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Candidates with a willingness to learn medical billing processes are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
