Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to design, develop, and customize ERP solutions based on Odoo. The candidate will be responsible for implementing business processes, integrating modules, and supporting ERP systems for manufacturing and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements
- Handle Odoo backend development using Python
- Design and develop new features and functionalities in Odoo
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, etc.)
- Work on Odoo frontend (QWeb, JavaScript, XML)
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs in existing Odoo applications
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs
- Manage database operations (PostgreSQL)
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Odoo development (v12–v17 preferred)
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience with Odoo framework, ORM, and module development
- Understanding of XML, QWeb, and JavaScript
- Experience in API integration (REST/JSON)
- Knowledge of Git/version control
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing / glass processing ERP
- Knowledge of accounting, inventory, and production modules
- Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployment
- Understanding of business workflows and process automation
- Familiarity with Docker / DevOps practices
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
