We're looking for a Business Development Executive – IT Lead Generation who is passionate about generating quality leads and building strong client relationships for IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate qualified IT service leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, online research, and other digital platforms.
✔ Identify and connect with decision-makers and potential clients.
✔ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
✔ Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
✔ Qualify leads and manage regular follow-ups.
✔ Maintain accurate lead records using CRM tools.
✔ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Required Skills:
✅ 1–2 years of experience in IT Lead Generation or IT Business Development.
✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, cold calling, and lead research.
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
✅ Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in IT sales.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
