Job Summary:
Managing End to End HR for the manufactuirng Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR: recruitment, onboarding, appraisal, Operation, exit & F&F
- Ensure statutory compliance: EPF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act, POSH
- Manage factory license, audits, inspections, and labour law requirements
- Handle employee insurance, benefits, engagement, and administration
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA / MSW / PG in HR
- 712 years HR experience, managing HR from a manufacturing organization
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws
- Ability to work independently with good communication skills
