We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Cluster Manager to lead and oversee daily operations across multiple myMD Pharmacy stores within an assigned cluster. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to manage pharmacy teams, ensure smooth store operations, and drive performance across locations.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Pharmacy Team Lead / Multi-Store Manager role.
- Proven experience managing 2 or more pharmacy stores under your leadership.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory, and compliance.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Field-ready mindset — must be willing to visit stores daily within the assigned cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Registered Pharmacists and Assistant Pharmacists in your cluster.
- Conduct daily visits to assigned myMD Pharmacy stores to monitor operations
- Ensure stores follow company SOPs, compliance, and maintain high customer service standards.
- Drive stock management, inventory control, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with the central team for smooth supply chain and reporting.
Implement strategies to achieve revenue and operational targets across all stores in the cluster.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
