Job Title: Receptionist to CMD Department: Administration / Executive Office

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional and presentable Receptionist to CMD who will manage front office operations while providing dedicated coordination and administrative support to the Chairman & Managing Director. The role demands confidentiality, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Front Office Management
- Handle reception desk, greet visitors, and manage incoming calls
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front office operations
B. CMD Coordination
- Manage CMD’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Ensure meeting arrangements (room, documents, hospitality)
C. Communication Management
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors for CMD
- Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communication
- Act as coordination point between CMD and departments
D. Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries
- Support CMD in meetings, events, and conferences
E. Confidential & Administrative Work
- Maintain confidential documents and reports
- Assist in MIS, presentations, and reporting
- Coordinate with Admin/HR for office requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (MBA / Admin preferred)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi; Gujarati preferred)
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of discretion and professionalism
