Job Summary
Detech Solutions is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Staff member to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies. The role involves promoting the company’s products/services, generating leads, and strengthening brand presence across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
Promote Detech Solutions’ products and services through digital platforms (social media, email, website)
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Generate and follow up on leads to support the sales team
Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
Manage and update company social media accounts
Coordinate events, promotions, and campaigns
Track and report campaign performance and customer engagement
Maintain customer databases and CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and ability to generate marketing ideas
Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Canva, or marketing software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a marketing or sales role
Knowledge of analytics
Basic graphic design or content creation skills
