Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily administrative and coordination activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings. Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence. Prepare basic reports, documents, and presentations. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties. Maintain office records and files. Arrange travel bookings and accommodation when required. Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion. Assist management in day-to-day office operations. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or executive assistance. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
