- Manage the overall operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance, Accounts, HR, and Sales.
- Ensure excellent guest service standards and handle guest concerns effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational forecasts.
- Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department heads and staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with guest, Workers, Department Heads.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide performance reports to management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
