Job Title: Territory Sales Officer
Job Summary
The Territory Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets within an assigned territory by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective market coverage. The role involves regular field visits, managing distributors and retailers, promoting company products, and delivering excellent customer service to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to distributors, dealers, retailers, and customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
- Promote company products and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with distributors to manage stock availability and timely deliveries.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure smooth business operations.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade events as required.

- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Telecom, Retail, or related industries is an advantage.
