Job Title: Social Media Executive
Job Description (JD):
Identify, research, and shortlist relevant Social Media and content creators aligned with our brand and product category. Initiate outreach and build strong relationships with YouTubers for paid collaborations and barter partnerships. Negotiate collaboration commercials strategically to ensure maximum value and ROI for the company. Finalize deliverables including long-format videos, product integrations, and dedicated review content. Ensure creators clearly explain product usage, benefits, and consumption guidelines in an educational and informative manner. Coordinate product dispatch and ensure timely delivery to creators. Follow up consistently to ensure videos are produced and uploaded within agreed timelines. Ensure proper usage of brand messaging, correct hashtags, links, and product descriptions in video titles and captions. Monitor that the content is educational, compliant, and accurately represents the brand. Track video performance metrics including views, engagement, comments, sentiment, and conversions. Maintain an influencer collaboration tracker including cost, reach, ROI, and campaign performance. Plan long-term influencer partnerships to build consistent brand presence. Coordinate with the internal content/design team for briefing notes, scripts, and brand guidelines. Ensure all collaborations comply with platform policies and internal brand standards. Maintain ownership, transparency, and proper documentation of all influencer agreements and communications. Plan and manage YouTube content calendar for influencer integrations and brand presence. Qualifications: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and YouTube campaign management Practical knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking Basic understanding of landing page optimization and funnel metrics Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Ability to manage multiple campaigns shoots and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Honest, reliable, and performance-driven mindset Willing to work from Ahmedabad office
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
