About the Role
We are seeking a driven and high-energy Temporary Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team in Ernakulam. This short-term role is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates and aspiring sales professionals to gain fast-paced, practical exposure to consumer engagement, consultative sales, and enrollment operations in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement & Sales: Actively connect with prospective students and parents in the Ernakulam region to pitch our academic programs and drive admissions.
- Product Counseling: Present detailed and compelling information regarding course benefits, schedules, and career pathways.
- Pipeline Management: Guide interested candidates through the entire sales funnel—from initial inquiry to final registration and enrollment.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of daily dials, lead statuses, follow-ups, and conversions using MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Target Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet short-term enrollment targets and ensure rapid response times.
- Professional Etiquette: Build trust quickly by maintaining an articulate, respectful, and highly persuasive communication style.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers looking for immediate sales experience are welcome).
- Language Proficiency: Strong communication and persuasive skills in Malayalam are essential (ability to converse in English is highly preferred).
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Ernakulam.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, specifically for data entry in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
