Job Role- Lead CSR
- End to End CSR management at UST group business entities and UST Foundation level
- CSR Compliance and financial reporting
- Board reporting
- NGO partnerships
- CSR program planning, strategy and implementation
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Data tracking and documentation with MIS
- Volunteering engagement in community programs
Minimum 10 to 15 years of CSR experience at corporate level.
Education - Master's in social sector, business management, CSR, or any relevant domain. Proficiency in Microsoft 360.
