Job Description:
We are hiring a Loan Department Executive for our office in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing loan applications, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage loan applications from initiation to disbursement.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for approvals and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of loan files and customer data.
- Follow up with clients and lending partners for pending documentation and approvals.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan processing and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper records.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all loan-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Good understanding of loan processing and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Processing, or Financial Services.
- Candidates with experience in Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Mortgage Processing will be preferred.
