Responsibilities include data entry, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, managing digital files, processing transactions, and generating operational reports. The role ensures accuracy and security in banking operations. Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Inputting, updating, and verifying customer information and financial transactions in banking databases.
- Compliance & KYC: Validating customer identification documents, processing account opening forms, and adhering to strict anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
- Documentation & Filing: Organizing, categorizing, and securely storing both physical and digital financial records.
- Reconciliation: Assisting with balancing accounts, processing company invoices, and spotting discrepancies.
- Interdepartmental Support: Coordinating with branch staff, front-desk representatives, and upper management to ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Reporting: Preparing MIS (Management Information System) reports and statements summarizing operational and financial activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field (12th pass is often accepted for entry-level positions).
- Computer Proficiency: Strong understanding of basic computer operations, especially MS Office suite (Excel, Word) and banking software.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy to prevent errors in data entry and financial discrepancies.
- Communication: Ability to correspond clearly via email or phone with colleagues and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Capability to manage paperwork and meet strict productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
