We are expanding our presence in India and are looking for an energetic and technically oriented sales professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach industrial customers in Gurugram, Manesar, Bawal, Faridabad, Noida, and surrounding industrial areas.
- Schedule meetings with Plant Managers, Safety Managers, Maintenance Managers, Operations Heads, and senior decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate BY Technology products and solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits to factories, warehouses, logistics centers, and industrial facilities.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Coordinate customer requirements with the technical team.
- Support pilot projects, installations, and customer follow-up activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Hindi language proficiency required.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within industrial regions.
