Job Summary
Rosetum Group of Hotels is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily hotel operations.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other operational teams.
- Ensure smooth guest experiences and consistently high service standards.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training, performance, and team development.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements where required.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor operational costs and support effective cost-control measures.
- Coordinate with management and various departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and service standards.
- Experience managing multiple operational departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
