Job Title: Dental Zonal Head
Role Summary:
The Dental Zonal Head is responsible for overseeing the overall performance, operations, and revenue growth of multiple dental clinics within the assigned zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily operations of all branches in the zone
- Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of monthly targets
- Monitor patient flow, case conversions, and overall branch performance
- Guide and support doctors and front office teams
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service quality
- Track and improve Invisalign and high-value treatment conversions
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and clinical protocols
- Handle escalations and resolve patient concerns effectively
Key Requirements:
- BDS / MDS degree
- Minimum [X] years of experience in dental clinic management or multi-branch handling
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong focus on revenue, targets, and performance management
