Field Network Engineer – Telecom
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Network Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom network services. The candidate will visit customer locations, resolve network issues, and ensure smooth internet and connectivity services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install broadband, FTTH, and leased line connections.
- Configure routers, switches, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot internet and network connectivity issues.
- Perform fiber cable testing and fault rectification.
- Attend customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate with the NOC and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain service reports and installation records.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned tickets.
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in ECE, EEE, IT, CSE, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Fiber Optics.
- Understanding of routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
