We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counselor / Telecaller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and guide prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate lead records.
- Schedule counseling appointments and course consultations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Support the admissions team in converting qualified leads into enrollments.
- Ensure all enquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Be available for counseling support during weekends when required.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary from Day 1.
