About Us
We are a fast-growing company specializing in CCTV & Security Systems, IT Infrastructure, Construction, and Interior Fit-out Projects. We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor to coordinate and monitor project execution across our work sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for CCTV, construction, and interior projects.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and as per quality standards.
- Monitor workforce attendance and productivity.
- Verify material requirements and maintain stock records.
- Ensure proper installation of CCTV systems and related infrastructure.
- Monitor construction and interior work progress.
- Prepare daily work reports and update management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Resolve site issues promptly and maintain effective communication with the office.
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or any relevant field.
- Candidates with practical site supervision experience will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years in site supervision (Construction, Interior, CCTV, Electrical, or related projects).
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Leadership and team management ability.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV installation and networking
- Ability to read basic drawings and project layouts.
- Familiarity with MS Office and WhatsApp reporting.
Other Requirements
- Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Kannur and Payyanur.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
