Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (Application) to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and DevOps engineers to define application architecture, establish technical standards, and ensure successful implementation of modern cloud-native solutions. The role requires strong expertise in application architecture, system integration, cloud platforms, microservices, and enterprise software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end application architecture aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Define solution architecture for enterprise applications using modern design patterns and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design cloud-native, distributed, and microservices-based applications.
- Define API strategies, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead application modernization initiatives, including legacy system migration to cloud platforms.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
- Review technical designs, code, and architecture to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Guide development teams on architecture, technology selection, and implementation approaches.
- Work with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the application landscape.
- Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Create architecture documentation, solution diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Support project estimation, technical planning, and stakeholder presentations.
- Mentor technical teams and promote architecture best practices.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and architecture reviews.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Associate
- Google Professional Cloud Architect
- TOGAF Certification (Preferred)
- Kubernetes Certification (CKA/CKAD) – Preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI integrations.
- Knowledge of Event Streaming platforms like Apache Kafka.
- Experience with Serverless Architectures.
- Exposure to FinOps and Cloud Cost Optimization.
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or Application Insights.
