Job Overview
We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and proactive Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience in both Digital Marketing and Influencer Marketing. This is an opportunity to work on live client campaigns, collaborate with creators, and learn how a marketing agency operates from the inside.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Create content calendars and schedule posts.
- Write captions and basic marketing copy.
- Conduct competitor and industry research.
- Assist with Meta Ads and campaign reporting.
- Support website updates, SEO, and lead generation activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
Influencer Marketing
- Research and identify relevant influencers.
- Build and maintain influencer databases.
- Reach out to creators through Instagram, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and content approvals.
- Assist in negotiations under team guidance.
- Track influencer campaign performance and prepare reports.
General Responsibilities
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and account managers.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity.
- Maintain campaign trackers and documentation.
- Stay updated with digital marketing and social media trends.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
Eligibility
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, BBA, B.Com, MBA, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
- Freshers with a strong interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
